Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The amount depends on the length of stay.

Cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we offer the following cancellation conditions:

• up to 3 months before arrival: the deposit is withheld
• from 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of rental price
• less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of rental price

Reference is specifically made to Arts. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code 206/2005.

Arrival and departure

Guests may arrive from 16:00 onwards; and must leave by 09.00 on the day of departure

Dogs and other pets

On request you may bring your pets with you. We charge 20,00 € per night.
